1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the cuci33 website accessible at https://cuci33.onl together with all related subdomains and applications.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at cuci33.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account, excluding bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, deposit top-ups or promotional rewards credited to a member's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into a withdrawable balance.
• "KYC Verification" (Know Your Customer) refers to the member identity verification process carried out by cuci33 to fulfil international licensing obligations.

Any provision that is unclear or causes uncertainty will be interpreted by cuci33, and cuci33's decision is final.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

cuci33 services are strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. cuci33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend the account of any user suspected to be underage until verification is completed.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each member is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at cuci33. Holding more than one account is a serious breach that may result in the closure of all related accounts and freezing of balances. This prohibition also covers using the same name, address, mobile number or device information to register a second account.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful in the jurisdiction where they are playing. cuci33 operates under international licensing and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Member Account

3.1 Security Responsibilities

Members are fully responsible for the security of their username and password. It is recommended that a strong password be used and not shared with anyone. cuci33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

3.2 Account Activity

All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the cuci33 customer support team immediately for a temporary freeze.

3.3 Identity Verification

cuci33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of e-wallet ownership.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

cuci33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and current system load.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed will be applied. Cryptocurrency values are subject to market fluctuations.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification Process

Before a first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to complete the KYC verification process. cuci33 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal until satisfactory verification is received. This is done to protect the security of the member's account and to comply with international licensing requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cuci33 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400. If a deposit of RM1,800 is made, the bonus received is RM1,000 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM2,800 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirement is met.
• cuci33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus found to have been obtained through fraud or promotion abuse.
• Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
• VIP cashback bonuses are calculated based on net weekly losses and credited according to the member's VIP tier.

5.3 VIP Programme

The cuci33 VIP programme comprises four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the member's activity and loyalty to the platform.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the cuci33 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, fish shooting, sports betting and other games — are operated according to their respective rules, which can be found in the help section of each game.

• Game results obtained through technical faults or software errors will be reviewed by cuci33, and the final decision is binding.
• If a game is interrupted before completion due to a member's connection issue, the bet amount may be refunded or the game resumed depending on the game type.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Sports betting is subject to the rules and odds limits set by cuci33's sports providers.

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

Members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the cuci33 platform:

• Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another person.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or game manipulation.
• Using software or methods designed to interfere with the platform's systems or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing promotions or manipulating the bonus system through unauthorised methods.
• Making deposits using funds obtained illegally or funds that do not belong to you.
• Spreading false information about cuci33 that could damage the platform's reputation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, freezing and forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

cuci33 is not responsible for any losses incurred by members arising from:

• Technical failures or service disruptions that are beyond cuci33's reasonable control.
• Game results that do not favour the member during normal system operation.
• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, which is the member's own decision.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Unauthorised use of a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In any event, cuci33's maximum liability to any member will not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the cuci33 customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances still subject to wagering requirements will not be returned.

9.2 Termination by cuci33

cuci33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, instructions from relevant authorities, or reasonable technical requirements.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Amendments to Terms

cuci33 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

It is the member's responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest terms. Continued use of the cuci33 platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction in which cuci33 is registered. Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the platform or the interpretation of these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severed from the overall agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
